Aung San Suu Kyi addressed thousands of her supporters at her National League for Democracy (NLD) headquarters on November 14, 2010 in Yangon. Myanmar's pro-democracy leader Aung San Suu Kyi had been held under house arrest for the majority of the past 15 years but was finally released by the country's military leaders in 2012.
