British rower Pete Reed (R) has the largest lung capacity ever recorded. Fueling those lungs can't be an easy task, not to mention his arms and legs.
Breakfast (Part I): For a pre-workout meal Reed has a pint of skimmed milk on shredded wheat bite size cereal with berries and a banana.
Breakfast (Part II): After a series of squats, bench presses, and other punishing weight work, Reed sits down with a large bowl of porridge, four scrambled eggs, and some beans on toast.
Fave Crave: Hard to tell from his power-producing diet, but two steaks for dinner with potatoes (a typical dinner for Reed) sounds crave-worthy.
