Justice Ginsburg predicts Supreme Court to hear gay marriage case

The Supreme Court Justice said the court is likely to hear the case on gay marriage within the year.

US Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg told a group of students at the University of Colorado Boulder that the high court is likely to hear arguments on the Defense of Marriage Act within the year.
