Noreaster hits storm damaged communities november 8 2012 15

Snow blows past debris and nonfunctioning streetlights during a Nor’Easter snowstorm on November 7, 2012 in the Rockaway neighborhood of the Queens borough of New York City. The Rockaway Peninsula was especially hard hit by Superstorm Sandy and some are evacuating ahead of the coming storm.
