Russia said it would bar entry for Americans guilty of human rights abuses in retaliation to the US' Magnitsky bill.

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said he told Secretary of State Hillary Clinton that Russia will bar Americans guilty of human rights violations in response to the Magnitsky bill.
