The Secretary of Multidimensional Security at the Organization of American States (OAS), Adam Blackwell visits the prison of San Pedro Sula on May 28, 2013 where members of the Mara Salvatrucha (MS-13) and the Barrio 18 (M-18) gangs are being held. Leaders of the two gangs in Honduras, announced their disposition to reach a truce with the mediation of the Organization of American States (OAS) and the Catholic Church. The gangs are involved in drug trafficking that has brought terror to El Salvador, Guatemala and Honduras.
