It shows her against a dark background, dressed in a navy blouse with her hair loose, gazing at the viewer with a small smile on her lips. And – there's no polite way to say this – with wrinkles under her eyes.

The upcoming royal baby will be referred to as "Her Highness" and "Princess" if it ends up being a girl, announced the Queen today, ending a tradition that dates back to George V that dictates only male royal progeny will recieve the titular title of "Prince."

The London hospital treating Kate Middleton for severe morning sickness has apologized after its staff fell for a prank call by an Australian radio station.

Hosts on Sydney's 2Day FM phoned the King Edward VII hospital this morning pretending to be the Queen and Prince Charles, the BBC reported.

They were apparently able to get through to the Duchess of Cambridge's private nurse, who gave them an update on her condition. (She's "quite stable" and "hasn't had any retching" recently, apparently.)
