CAIRO — Syria's delegation to a summit of the Non-Aligned Movement in Iran walks out after Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi called the Syrian uprising a "revolution against an oppressive regime." The first visit to Iran by an Egyptian leader in more than 30 years, Morsi's trip trip signals his first move to plot a new course for Egypt’s post-revolution foreign policy.
