Clinton urges tougher UN steps against Syria

Addressing a meeting of top diplomats from the “Friends of Syria” group in Paris on Thursday, Clinton suggested moving “very vigorously” towards a Chapter Seven sanctions resolution, including travel and financial restrictions as well as a global arms embargo.
