Jack Hall suggests:

What is the economic impact of manipulation of Libor? How did it affect America's economic growth? Did it make the poor poorer? What about the rich? Are the effects so small that there is no real story here? If so, why do we care so much about the manipulation?

Latin Americana suggests:

I've noticed a growing trend of unity among Latin American countries. Tentative formal efforts at economic and political integration and recent upticks in intra-regional movement - through travel, study, and immigration - has allowed Latin Americans to get to know each other better, and in the process bind together both their communities and their economies. What are the chances that Latin America will one day form a euro-zone like union? After all the economic damage that has recently affected Europe, and the world by extension, would this type of international collaboration be a good idea?
