Mexico City, May 20 (EFE).- Cruz Azul beat Santos Laguna 2-1 in the second leg of their semifinal, winning 5-1 on aggregate to set up a clash with America in the Liga MX final. Coming into the match down 3-0 after the first leg, Santos emphasized offense from the start, but a giveaway by Rodolfo Salinas in the 8th minute led to the first of Javier Orozco's two goals for Cruz Azul. Del Bosque praises Casillas' handling of Real Madrid benching

Madrid, May 20 (EFE).- Spanish national team coach Vicente del Bosque had nothing but kind words Monday for goalkeeper Iker Casillas' response to losing his place in the starting lineup at Real Madrid. Casillas, who turned 32 Monday, is the long-time captain of the national squad. If Casillas had sought his advice after being relegated to the bench by Real Madrid manager Jose Mourinho, Del Bosque said, "I would have told him to act as he has done: being obedient, disciplined and discreet."
