US stocks opened little-changed Monday ahead of a busy week of economic data following the Thanksgiving holiday.
Five minutes into trade, the Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 8.57 (0.05 percent) to 16,077.84.
The broad-based S&P 500 rose 1.53 (0.08 percent) to 1,807.34, while the tech-rich Nasdaq Composite Index added 6.29 (0.15 percent) at 4,066.17.
Stocks resumed a normal schedule Monday after a holiday-shortened weak of light trade. The Dow and S&P 500 sit near historic highs, while the Nasdaq is trading above 4,000 for the first time in 13 years.
