Jennifer Lopez goes off-camera, online for ABC Family's new drama 'The Fosters'

LOS ANGELES, Calif. - Jennifer Lopez isn't on screen for the debut of her new TV series, but she will be on Twitter. Lopez is an executive producer of ABC Family's drama "The Fosters," which debuts at 9 p.m. EDT Monday. The channel says the actress and singer will be live-tweeting from her (at)JLo account during the episode. "The Fosters" is about a lesbian couple who are parents to a brood that includes adopted twins and a foster child. The cast includes Teri Polo of the "Meet the Parents" movie franchise.

The foursome's pedigree is heavy on the pyrotechnics.

Daddy Yankee, Victor Manuelle to join cancer walkathon in P.R.

San Juan, May 30 (EFE).- Prominent Puerto Rican entertainers such as Daddy Yankee, Victor Manuelle and Tito Nieves will take part in this year's charity walkathon to benefit cancer patients at San Juan's Hospital Oncologico. Other artists who plan to participate include Grupo Mania, Abraham and Chucho Avellanet, the organizer of the annual event, comedian Raymond Arrieta, told a press conference.

Charlie Sheen to use real name in "Machete Kills"

Ricky Martin calls for approval of gay rights law in Puerto Rico

San Juan, May 22 (EFE).- Singer Ricky Martin called Wednesday in a letter sent to the Puerto Rican House of Representatives for the legislative body to approve bill No. 238, which would prohibit discrimination due to sexual orientation on the island. The letter, which was released by Martin's representatives in San Juan, was made public at a time when the bill has run into opposition by a group of lawmakers in the lower house, where it is now stuck after being approved by the Puerto Rican Senate last week.
