Berlin, Oct 24 (EFE).- The German government indicated Thursday that it is convinced the U.S. National Security Agency monitored the personal cellphone of Chancellor Angela Merkel.
Spying between members of the same alliance is "just not done," Merkel said in Brussels, where she was attending a European Union summit.
"It's not just about me but about every German citizen. We need to have trust in our allies and partners, and this trust must now be established once again," the chancellor said.
