NBA: Portland's Lillard leads All-Rookie squad

Portland Trail Blazers guard Damian Lillard, the unanimous selection as NBA Rookie of the Year, was named to the 2012-2013 season NBA All-Rookie Team announced by the league on Tuesday. Lillard was also the only unanimous selection to the honor squad, which also includes Washington guard Bradley Beal, New Orleans forward Anthony Davis, Cleveland guard Dion Waiters and Golden State forward Harrison Barnes.
