Formula One: Hamilton looks to topple Rosberg in China

Dominant Lewis Hamilton will gun for his third win in a row at Sunday's Chinese Grand Prix and hope he can also snatch the world championship lead from his Mercedes team-mate Nico Rosberg. Such is Hamilton's form that he stormed to his third pole position of the season in a rain-soaked qualifying session on Saturday, and has won both races he has completed this year. But the Briton, seeking his second world title after winning in 2008, also knows that Mercedes' supremacy this year could come under threat from Red Bull and Ferrari in Shanghai.

Team mate beating me fair and square: Vettel

By Abhishek Takle SHANGHAI (Reuters) - Sebastian Vettel conceded he was struggling to keep up with Daniel Ricciardo after his team mate beat the world champion to lead Red Bull to their best Saturday result this season in Chinese Grand Prix qualifying. Ricciardo, whose team lost an appeal this week against his exclusion from second place at his home race in Australia last month, was second to Lewis Hamilton of Mercedes in treacherous conditions at soaking Shanghai with a lap that was half a second faster than Vettel's best.
