Argentinian Diego Milito has rejoined Inter Milan's casualty list after a scan on Thursday revealed a muscle strain in his left thigh.
Milito, who only returned to action for the Serie A giants last month following a seven-month lay-off, limped out of a training session on Wednesday evening.
The 34-year-old striker underwent scans on Thursday morning which revealed he had suffered a "thigh strain (rectus femoris) in his left leg", according to Inter.
The rectus femoris is one of four quadricep (thigh) muscles, all of which are attached to the knee cap.
