Mexico City, Apr 15 (EFE).- League-leading Tigres lost 2-1 to UNAM Pumas after going undefeated for the first 13 matches of the Clausura season, while second-place Atlas put concerns about relegation behind them.
Emanuel Villa scored the lone goal for Tigres to reclaim the top spot in the Liga MX scoring race with nine tallies, despite missing five matches due to injury.
Both Tigres, with 29 points, and Atlas, with 28, are all but assured of qualifying for the eight-team playoff.
