'NSYNC up 156%, Justin Timberlake up 1,876% in post-VMA sales charts

By Sara Morrison LOS ANGELES ( - 'NSYNC may have joined Justin Timberlake for fewer than two minutes of his big VMA retrospective medley, but it was enough to give the band a big sales bump on iTunes' and Amazon's sales charts. Among the increases logged at the two music stores, Timberlake's "Justified" jumped 1,876 percent and his former boy band's "Bye Bye Bye" jumped 156 percent on Amazon's "Movers & Shakers" chart, while their greatest hits album, released in 2005, hit No. 10 at Amazon and No. 18 on iTunes.

Timberlake to release new album, go on tour

Los Angeles, May 7 (EFE).- Justin Timberlake will launch a new disc in September and will be off on a world tour dubbed "The 20/20 Experience" starting Oct. 31, his first in six years, the Live Nation promotion company said. "The 20/20 Experience," also the title of the artist's latest disc, kicks off in Montreal from where it heads to the U.S. for a number of stops including Las Vegas, Dallas, Houston, Phoenix, Atlanta and more. The tour, which includes Europe, Australia and South America, is scheduled to continue until early next year.

Timberlake, 31 and newly married to actress Jessica Biel, had teased his fans last week with a cryptic tweet saying "I think I am ready" and linking to a video showing him walk into a studio.
