Rio de Janeiro, Nov 6 (EFE).- Canadian pop singer Justin Bieber is the subject of a complaint filed against him with Brazilian authorities for allegedly scrawling graffiti on the wall of an abandoned hotel in Rio de Janeiro, a police spokesman said Wednesday. Officers were sent to the singer's hotel to ask him to explain his actions, the police spokesman said. The complaint was filed by a photographer who spotted the singer defacing the wall and later painted over the graffiti, precinct chief Antonio Ricardo Nunes told reporters.

Spain's most active train graffiti artist arrested

Spanish police have arrested the country's most active train graffiti artist, whose works have appeared across Europe and the United States, officials said Tuesday.
