Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyrov has received Director of the OSCE Conflict Prevention Centre Adam Kobieracki, the Foreign Ministry’s press service told APA. Speaking about Armenia-Azerbaijan conflict, Mammadyarov said that first of all, for the settlement of the conflict, Armenian armed units must be withdrawn from the occupied territories of Azerbaijan. He underlined that the unsolved conflict hinders the restoration of peace and stability in the region and poses a threat to the entire Europe.

Anakhanum Hidayatova; OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs have offered to organize the meeting on the level of Azerbaijani and Armenian foreign ministers, APA reports. Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov said Baku had agreed to the meeting.
