Young striker Vaclav Kadlec is leaving Czech top-flight side Sparta Prague for the Bundesliga's Eintracht Frankfurt on a four-year deal, Sparta said on its website on Sunday. Soccer-Czechs get captain Rosicky back for World Cup qualifiers

PRAGUE, March 12 (Reuters) - Captain Tomas Rosicky will return to the Czech Republic's lineup for World Cup qualifiers against Denmark and Armenia this month and lead a squad who are almost at full strength after a catalogue of injuries. The Arsenal playmaker will make his first appearance in the qualifying campaign after Achilles and calf injuries. His return will be a boost for the Czech team, who have failed to score in two of three qualifying matches and are third in Group B behind Italy and Bulgaria.

Football- Skacel leaves Scotland for Slavia Prague return

Czech Republic midfielder Rudolf Skacel has completed his return to former club Slavia Prague after his contract expired with Scottish Premier League outfit Dundee United, the Czech club announced Wednesday. The 33-year-old veteran won the Czech Cup with the team in 2002 before a series of moves that included spells with Marseille, Hearts, Southampton, Hertha Berlin and a brief return to Slavia Prague in 2009. He made more than a hundred appearances in the Scottish top flight and scored in two Scottish Cup finals, helping Hearts to the trophy in 2006 and 2012.

PRAGUE, Jan 29 (Reuters) - Skipper Tomas Rosicky has returned to the Czech Republic squad for the friendly against Turkey next Wednesday. The 32-year old playmaker, who last played for the Czechs against Greece at Euro 2012 where he injured his Achilles', has also been troubled by a calf injury this season and returned for club side Arsenal at the weekend. "I saw Tomas in the FA Cup at the weekend and he has lost none of his qualities," coach Michal Bilek told reporters.
