Preview: Senators at Canadiens

OTTAWA - Last week, Keila Penner was told to remove her Ottawa Senators jersey when she went to her Montreal-area school. Tonight, the 11-year-old hockey fan will be watching from Senators' owner Eugene Melnyk's personal suite as Ottawa hosts the Montreal Canadiens in Game 4 of their first-round NHL playoff series. Keila's father, Cary, grew up in Ottawa and is a die-hard Sens fan. Keila grew up as one too, even though the family now lives in Lachine, Que., near Montreal.

Habs fans start 'Adopt Prust a Walrus' after his comments about Sens coach

MONTREAL - Two Montreal Canadiens fans are trying to put a positive spin on some of the nastiness that has surfaced during the Habs' playoff series with the Ottawa Senators. They're using Brandon Prust's reference to Ottawa coach Paul MacLean as a "bug-eyed, fat walrus" to help raise funds for worthy causes. The Montreal forward made the comment after MacLean's reaction to the bloody hit on Canadiens centre Lars Eller by Eric Gryba in Game One. MacLean blamed Raphael Diaz for making a dangerous rink pass to Eller.

NHL: Sweden's Karlsson suffers cut tendon

Reigning Norris Trophy winner Erik Karlsson is out indefinitely and will need surgery after suffering a cut to his left Achilles tendon in the Ottawa Senators game Wednesday. Karlsson, who won the Norris Trophy as the NHL's top defenceman last season, was injured in the second period of the Senators 4-2 loss to the Pittsburgh Penguins. The 22-year-old Karlsson was killing a penalty when Penguins' forward Matt Cooke came up behind him along the boards. Cooke's skate appeared to slice Karlsson near the left ankle.
