Missing New Jersey woman may be victim of dead serial killer: FBI

By Victoria Cavaliere NEW YORK (Reuters) - A New Jersey woman who disappeared nearly five years ago might have been murdered by a confessed serial killer who committed suicide in jail before authorities could locate all of his victims, the FBI said on Wednesday. Debra Feldman, 48, was last seen at her home in Hackensack, in northern New Jersey, on April 8, 2009, and there has been scant information about her possible whereabouts, police said.

Alaska serial killer murdered at least 11 across country: FBI

By Yereth Rosen ANCHORAGE, Alaska (Reuters) - An admitted serial killer who committed suicide as he was awaiting trial for murdering an Anchorage barista is believed to have killed at least 11 people across the country, law enforcement officials said on Monday. Investigators believe Israel Keyes murdered his fist victim in 2001 and his last in 2012 when he kidnapped 18-year-old Samantha Koenig of Anchorage, strangled her and dumped her remains in an icy lake.
