According to police, Faiz Rufai was kidnapped from his home on Sunday by youths who brutally murdered him by chopping off his head using sharp knife and dumped his body in the Indian Ocean. His body was discovered floating in the Indian with the head missing by resident on Monday who later informed security agencies.
