attacking seven people with a knife at a fish processing plant in Etajima, near the western city of Hiroshima.</p> <p>The Jiji Press news agency said the assailant was a Chinese exchange student, adding he had been arrested on suspicion of murder and other charges.</p> <p>Police in Hiroshima and Etajima said they could not immediately confirm the reports.</p> <p><a
