Football: Clinical Juve outclass spineless Inter

Champions Juventus tightened their grip on Italy's Serie A on Sunday after outclassing Inter Milan 3-1 to claim deserved bragging rights from the 'Derby d'Italia'. Inter travelled to Turin hoping to at least replicate their 1-1 draw with Antonio Conte's men in Milan during the opening half of the season. But Juve, who had scored 16 goals in their five previous league games, flew out the blocks and had created several early goalscoring chances before Stephan Lichsteiner's diving header from Andrea Pirlo's chipped ball gave the hosts a 15th minute lead.

Football: Conte calls for focus ahead of Bologna test

Juventus coach Antonio Conte has called for focus from the Serie A leaders ahead of a potentially tricky away fixture at Bologna on Saturday. Juve's nine-point lead on an inconsistent Napoli side has left many pundits claiming the Bianconeri have virtually secured a 29th league title. However Bologna have only been beaten three times this year and welcome Juve on the back of three notable wins including a 1-0 victory over Inter Milan at the San Siro last week. Conte believes a win on Saturday would help silence some of their doubters, but he knows it won't come easy.
