Football: Jamaica coach Whitmore resigns

Jamaican national team coach Theodore Whitmore, whose team has lost four straight games in qualifying for Brazil 2014, has resigned after a 2-0 loss to Honduras on Tuesday. According to the Jamaican daily, The Observer, Whitmore and management had a meeting after the Honduras' loss and the coach was left with the choice to resign or be sacked.
